•When we first met David, we were going through a bad real estate experience. Not even being his client, he still offered us suggestions and points to ponder. We kept his information around because if he was this helpful to us while he had nothing to gain, we thought he would be the one to use if we ever needed an agent. A few years later, we decided to move and he was the one we asked to help us sell our home and buy a new one. He was fair, patient with us, and when we felt a sense of urgency, he responded. He worked very well with us before, during, and after the whole experience. He was easy to work with, honest, and followed processes so we didn't get ahead of ourselves. We would most definitely recommend him!
