Amy - My real estate SUPERWOMAN!!

When I contacted Amy to sell my home (via referral of my neighbors who also had a great experience with her), she took time to understand my goals and timeline surrounding a possible move. She set very real expectations for the sale and price - except she exceeded them all! She sold our home barely 4 hours on the market, but negotiated appropriate terms so we had time to find a new one. Keeping in touch with me, she learned about the troubles I was having finding a new place out of state and naturally I trusted her suggestions for a possible move staying in NC. Sure enough, she found us THE PERFECT PROPERTY - and even made sure we didn’t pay more for it than we needed to! Not only did both closings happen exactly as planned, we made more money on the sale and spent less than we expected on our dream home! Needless to say, AMY IS MY HERO! She is trustworthy, professional, super easy to work with and has my highest recommendations!
