•Jim had his work cut out for him from the start. I was looking in a very popular price range. I was looking in a very popular area and I was in a time crunch. I made some mistakes, Jim steered me in the right direction to help me get back on track and get things handled. Jim help me choose a wonderful inspector, a great mortgage broker, which found me a better rate on my homeowners insurance. He made sure I was locked in at a good rate while I was looking (since I had this time crunch, ) it made the difference in me purchasing my home, giving me a little more buying power in this fast market. I appreciate his direct and no nonsense attitude. He’s incredibly helpful and I remember him telling me many times. Don’t worry, I’ll handle it. It’ll be fine , and he did and it was! His expertise and experience not only shines through, it produces positive and knowledgeable results. I would definitely use Jim again if it came up and I would definitely recommend him to all.
