Amazing for first time home-buyers

My spouse and I were very lucky to run into Juni at an open house. As first-time homebuyers, we knew very little about the process of buying a house or where to even start. We ran into Juni right as she was finishing an open house and we told her how we were just starting the search process for our first home. Juni took the time to walk us through the home-buying process, including small details that home-buyers typically overlook. It was Juni going out of her way to explain this that was our first sign that she was the agent for us. My spouse and I have non-traditional income, so getting lenders on-board was a slow and tricky process. However, Juni was constantly there to advocate for us and help keep the ball rolling with securing a loan program. Even when out of town, she helped us figure out last-minute details. She truly has that wow-factor!
