•When I was in need of a Real Estate agent for an Estate I was charged with settling in NJ, I found Diana via the internet. Since I am over 5 hours away and in another state, I was looking for someone with experience and unmatched local knowledge of the area. I found both in Diana! As a former Real Estate Agent myself I knew this would not be an easy listing. She was invaluable to me in both her knowledge of NJ real estate law and her familiarity with local hotels and restaurants on my many trips to the area. From start to finish, it took over a year and a half to get the property listed, and we had it under contract in one day! There is not the time to explain the complexities of this listing, but I am convinced that without Diana's knowledge and experience it would have been a much longer ordeal. My vocabulary is not sufficient to convey just how grateful I am to have worked with her. I would highly recommend Diana to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home in NJ.
