DAN’S THE MAN

I’ll work with Dan for any home buying purchase in and around the NY / CT area. He knows the market, the areas, things to look out for and be aware of when vetting, bidding on, inspecting, and closing on a property. Advocates and negotiates on your behalf as a realtor should, lets you know when you might be over paying or when you may need to step up to compete. More importantly, he is always available and supportive for his clients… we’ve had 2 different interesting closing situations and he managed it like a pro. The latest involved a disaster of a seller who almost torpedoed the closing day but Dan and our lawyer (his recommendation and partner) stuck it out the entire day negotiating on our behalf, making sure our interests were properly represented, and making sure we got the house as we agreed on it or we got a concession to compensate for changes we’d have to make. I literally sat in the car with his for almost 4 hrs going back and forth with our and the sellers lawyer making sure we got what we should have. He’s reshuffled his schedule numerous times to make things work for us, responds immediately, has a great personality, knows when to cozy up to a seller / broker and knows when to be firm and direct when needed to accomplish our goals. Highly highly recommend. As I said. Dan’s the man.
