•Realtor Cat Chester was wonderful to work with during our six week condo purchase. From recommending amazing mortgage, insurance and inspection companies, to guiding us through the complicated condo board application and final approval process, to ensuring that needed repairs were done before the closing - Cat’s work was always timely and professional. Though there were difficult moments, her positive attitude assured us that the sale would happen. She spent a number of hours conducting video walk throughs of the condo to help us clearly appreciate the property from 1300 miles away . It appears that Cat formed a close relationship with the sellers agent which certainly helped smooth the entire process. We are extremely happy with our purchase of the condo. It would certainly would have not happened without Cat Chester.
