I sold a home in Del Webb Apple Valley. Jim lives in Del Webb and had multiple listings in the area of my house. Once we struck up a a partnership to sell the house, I was not disappointed at any point in Jim's very professional work. As we progressed on the selling journey, I found Jim to be very personable, which made our discussions easy. We had multiple buyers that had their own issues, so Jim led me through the unexpected issues with adaptability and calmness. I live in Northern California, so communication was a key element. Jim was extremely responsive in keeping me updated regularly via phone, text, and email. I was also impressed by the weekly Online Analytics Report that showed all the activity on the house. Jim helped me come up with a good market price. He had good negotiating skills in dealing with all the offer/counteroffers that come up during the sale process, including the Inspection Reports.
