Amazing service, and can-do attitude as we worked through the journey to purchase our home! We were living in another state, had a wide search radius and knew we wanted to purchase if something came up we liked while we were out of state, but also willing to wait for the right home. James kept us in the loop on the market, went and video toured property for us while so we wouldn't miss out on seeing things. He was our advocate and listened carefully to our needs. We ended up buying a beautiful home, before moving to the state and it was incredibly smooth for all the potential missteps that could have happened.
