Beth Ann Mott and her staff are simply the best agents out there to help you find a home in this battlefield of a housing market! She was our buying agent and we would not have made it through without her determination and knowledge. From our first meeting, we could tell that Beth Ann is well educated and well informed about the real estate market. She was equipped with many strategies on how to win/get our offer accepted. She was very thorough in her communication, which we very much appreciated since we were first time home buyers. While looking for houses she always had our "wish list" in mind and was always looking out for our best interest. Her communication was amazing! Whether it was to schedule showings, ask questions about a property, or ask questions about a contract, she always replied quickly and was very direct in her answers. She was also able to communicate directly with our mortgage agent and any other contractors to speed up the process. Beth Ann was always able to respond to our messages and schedule showings with us even when they were last minute. I know she was working with other clients during our time, but it honestly felt like a personal service! She is a superwoman! It takes a lot of patience and a lack of emotion in this current market, but she never lost hope and in turn we never lost hope. Thanks to her tenacity, we ended up finding a beautiful home in Thornton, CO. After several rejections, we have ended up in a home that has most of our "wish list" items; a large yard, big windows, next to many parks and open spaces, a bathroom for the main room, etc!
