We have already given Debbie's contact information to several of our friends, and will continue to do so. Debbie helped us successfully purchase our family home in West Seattle and we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. During our first meeting she spent a lot of time asking questions and listening to what we wanted so that she could search out and find the best properties to show us. The market was crazy for buyers and challenging for our budget and where we wanted to live, but Debbie was patient and persistent. Once we found our ideal home she guided us through the stressful purchasing process and made us feel comfortable (and supported). I can only imagine how many text messages/phone calls/emails she must have answered during our search and purchase. We were one of "those buyers". During the negotiating process, she helped keep us grounded and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. It really did feel like we were working with family. We will definitely use her again when it comes to selling our rental property and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy, or looking to sell!
