My husband, Ryan, and I are Melissa Phillips's very first clients. I was so impressed by how fearlessly she jumped in with both feet, dispite being new to the business and the area; and was determined to help us find the right home. Whenever I had a question, she found the answer. She stayed in constant communication, and I never once felt like I had to track her down. She always made us feel like a priority. Weekends, evenings, after hours—it didn't matter. She was there for us every step of the way. More than anything, she made me feel like I had made a new friend. Melissa is absolutely amazing. She has a huge heart, an infectious personality, and a genuine passion for helping people. I truly could not be more grateful for everything she did for us. My husband and I rented for 7 ½ years in a neighborhood that had gradually been going downhill. We worked incredibly hard to reach the point where we could finally buy a home, and just when we were ready to give up, Melissa stepped in and helped make our dream a reality. This wasn't just important to us—it meant everything to our entire family.
