•My husband and I recently relocated from Oregon to Washington and this was our third home purchase. The differences in the buying practices between the two states surprised us, but Stephanie Peterson has an exceptional and in-depth understanding of contracts and laws; we learned more during this process than with any other realtor. She assisted us throughout the entire purchase progression of our new home with acreage in Spokane, Washington. Over the years my husband and I have worked with several different agents, and she surpassed each one in contract knowledge, negotiations, communication, and customer service. Stephanie sat with us and read through all of the contracts, answered questions, and explained the legalities we had not understood before. She guided our selection of acreage properties to consider, recommended specific inspections, and when we could not attend them, she did so in our place and ensured everything went well. The sale of our home in Oregon involved four families buying and selling at the same time. We felt like dominoes stacked side-by-side and each of us had to be aligned perfectly for the transactions to flow well. Last minute hiccups are common when buying/selling property and our situation had its share of frustrations. Although Stephanie was only assisting us with the purchase of our Spokane house and land, she stepped into the group of realtors in our home state with teamwork in mind. She facilitated productive communication between buyers, agents, and financial institutions and in one afternoon all problems were resolved. If you are buying or selling in the Spokane or surrounding areas, I cannot recommend Stephanie Peterson highly enough.
