•I am pleased to recommend Marc Correll to anyone in need of a realtor. Marc recently listed my brother's home in San Marcos. The home sold soon thereafter for significantly more than the listing price. Marc retained a staging company which did an excellent job as well. Marc supplied all of the necessary legal documents and provided cogent advice when asked. He was responsive and people who assisted him were always cooperative and professional. His knowledge of the local market was great. Moreover inasmuch as, it was not feasible for my brother to move all of his furniture as well as many miscellaneous items Marc arranged for those to be donated, as we requested, to families that could make good use of them. I know of no reason not to retain Marc and would do so again if the need arose.
