•A couple of years ago Patricia sold our neighbor’s home the first day on the market with several offers. They took a great offer and were very pleased with Patricia. A year later my friend and neighbor needed to move and I told her about Patricia. My friend had to move quickly and was selling her place fully furnished so I helped set up for showings. I was able to see for myself her dedication to her clients. I passed on her name once again to friends and they were able sell and move quickly with Patricia’s knowledge of the current market. We had been thinking of moving closer to family ourselves and even though it might not be the best time to sell with Patricia’s confidence in pricing of our house we sold quickly with an excellent offer. She fights for her clients to recieve the best and a fair offer. She always kept us updated on what was going on and she puts the interest of her clients first. We never worried about our house selling because we knew Patricia was taking care of everything for us. So if you want an outstanding real estate agent, Patricia is who you need to use. We thank her for all she did for us!
