•Preceding our move to NC, we needed to sell our investment property, and roll the funds into a new rental. Sara was able to guide us into the most desirable areas, and helped us navigate the many choices available. She was also familiar with the 1031 Starker Exchange rules, and tight timeline required, and worked with us closely to insure we were able to make it happen. Happy to say we found a great property, and Sara was instrumental all the way to close, with plenty of time to spare. We highly recommend Sara! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a vast network of contractors when needed.
I would definitely recommend Sara White! She helped us buy two houses, one home and one investment property . Sara was very familiar with the rules and tight time table with a Starker 1031 exchange and was with us every step of the way. We were out of state while making the purchases and Sara made the process smooth. Sara would go look at neighborhoods and properties for us and helped narrow down the homes we wanted to look at when we came to town. She is very knowledgeable about the Lake Norman, Charlotte area. Sara is professional, hard working, dedicated, kind and fun to work with. Diane from the Midwest
