Excellent Service & Responsiveness I owned a rental property in a neighborhood that was starting to decline. I asked my property manager at the time, if he could facilitate the sale. After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale.
