•This was the fifth time that we have relocated and had to sell one house while buying another, and this was the best experience we have had. Paul was very knowledgeable about the market both in Statesville and in other areas and considerate of our timeline and limitations (we were moving 13 hours away--with pets--and had to coordinate selling, buying and moving our entire household long distance). One of the things I appreciated most about Paul was his methodical calmness. Even when we had a contract on our house but were still looking for one to move to, he was steady and responsive. Unlike some agents, he keeps drama, potential conflicts and worry to a minimum so that the entire experience right down to closing was a good experience for everyone. I have already recommended him to friends and would do so again without hesitation. We have only good things to say about Paul and how he handled the sale of our home.
