•Mark was a true professional who was able to help guide us through a "rough" lot split, in order to sell the home. His referral network is vast, as he referred us to a very qualified surveyor, title attorney, roofing company and remodeling contractor. All were needed to get the home prepped for sale. He is a great communicator, knowing when to text, email or when to pick up the phone to have a more in-depth conversation. His response time was very quick and very much appreciated as this was a "tricky" sale of a home that the church owned. His market analysis was spot on. He knows how to do great market research and has the ability to help you understand what is needed to secure a win/win negotiation, even when emotions are running high. What makes Mark stand out is his true love of this work and his clients. I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking to buy or sell real estate.
