My husband and I live in Tennessee and was looking for property in the Hattiesburg, MS area to retire to in a few years. We would definitely recommend Stephanie Patterson to anyone who might be looking to purchase property in that area. Stephanie is very knowledgeable of the area. She listened to our needs and wants but also went outside the box and presented us with a number of other options. Stephanie is a professional and very personable. We looked at a number of homes on the market as well as lots and acreage. Bless her, she worked vigorously day AND NIGHT for several months thru calls, emails and texts. As a matter of fact, a property came on the market and on the same day Stephanie contacted us via FaceTime. She walked the property and we wrote a contract to purchase that property on the spot. This is the trust we had and still have in Stephanie Patterson. She continues working with us to help with contacts, contractors, building permits, etc., for future planning. Stephanie is an awesome real estate agent and again we highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
