•Tyanne helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was kind and empathetic to the challenging market landscape, especially for new homeowners. She helped us narrow down our decisions with strong knowledge of the market and even helped us get in contact with a mortgage lender, who we ended up using. She walked us through a few different homes and clearly explained some trade offs and pros and cons of each property. She also used her experience to highlight optional home repairs we could do. It was helpful to us as we did not have a strong background in that area. All in all, I would recommend Tyanne to anyone trying to buying a home, but especially first-time buyers who need a little extra help.
Tyanne went above and beyond to help me and my husband buy our first home. She talked us through every step of the process to ensure we understood what was happening and why. She was always responsive and quick to answer our questions. She was flexible to work showings and meetings around our schedule. She helped connect us to lender and other resources through referrals. She was a great advocate for us in our contract negotiations. Ultimately, she helped us buy our dream home! I would highly recommend Tyanne to anyone looking for a dedicated agent who sees you as an individual and cares about your personal goals and dreams for buying a home. She is especially great for first-time homebuyers. I will be referring my own friends and family to her in the future!
