•I don't think I could possibly have asked for a better advocate, advisor, or ally than Nikki as I went through an unexpectedly challenging real estate transaction. Nikki worked sooooooo hard, on several occasions doing the jobs of other people who had dropped the ball, all to get me to a beautiful outcome in the end. Nikki fought hard for me, and her approach to every problem that cropped up was to work doggedly, think creatively, reason effectively, and persist until she had found a solution. She is not afraid to stand up to people who present unreasonable obstacles, and she doesn't back down until she gets the right answer. I am in awe of this woman, and if I ever have additional real estate needs in this area, she will be my first call. I recommend Nikki as highly as possible!
