•During the entire process of buying our Seattle home, Badgley Real Estate Services went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks to their expertise and the trust we quickly garnered in them, we invested very little time in what can often be a lengthy process. Our entire experience was smooth: they pulled the listings that best matched our criteria and even pre-toured all the homes, only taking us to those they felt fit our needs. This saved us an incredible amount of time. (I’m an interior designer and quite picky about homes--yet they were able to find the home we ended up purchasing, and we only had to spend one afternoon looking at houses.) Also, Badgley Real Estate Services works with a fantastic team of trusted mortgage brokers, inspectors and contractors. We loved the one-stop shop aspect. Jim is masterfully skilled in being courteous yet strong during negotiations. We’ve dealt with “bulldogs realtors” in the past, and it was delightfully refreshing to see the same end result of the deal, yet done with extreme proficiency and finesse. We ended up with the best possible deal thanks to Jim.
