During the entire process of buying our Seattle home, Badgley Real Estate Services went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks to their expertise and the trust we quickly garnered in them, we invested very little time in what can often be a lengthy process. Our entire experience was smooth: they pulled the listings that best matched our criteria and even pre-toured all the homes, only taking us to those they felt fit our needs. (I’m an interior designer and quite picky about homes--yet they were able to find the home we ended up purchasing, and we only had to spend one afternoon looking at houses.) Jim is masterfully skilled in being courteous yet strong during negotiations.
