•Melissa was the rock when we were buying and selling. She was on top of all the steps needed when buying a home. She worked with me as we narrowed down what we wanted vs what we needed. Melissa was extremely patient as we changed our needs and what we wanted to spend; through it all, she kept a professional attitude and laughed at my jokes. Once we found the house we wanted and make an offer, she had a list of handymen for us to choose from for the repairs to make the move-in go smoothly. When it came to listing our home two hurricanes came through our area just after listing our home for sale followed by the wettest fall in history for our area. She was always upbeat and made gentle suggestions to improve the look of the house. Every step of the process Melissa kept us informed of the showing comments so we knew where to spend the money to get the biggest bang for our bucks. When we got two offers in the same week (and yes it's all because of Melissa's suggestions) she guided us in choosing the best one for us. In all honesty, I don't think there's a better choice when you're looking to buy or sell your home.
