I have been fortunate to have worked with Rachel multiple times (both buying and selling) over the past few years. I can’t imagine going through the home buying/selling process with anyone else! From the start, she makes the whole process very easy. She’s very personable, treats you like family, and takes a vested interest in the buying process as though she were spending her own money. She takes the time to understand what type of home and neighborhood would be the best fit. Her market expertise allowed me to quickly narrow my home search to a specific neighborhood. I settled on new construction, and I’m so glad I had Rachel as my realtor. This was my third home purchase, so I felt comfortable going into the process. However, this was my first time buying new construction and Rachel, once again, proved very valuable. She knew what questions to ask and thought of things that I didn’t even realize I needed to ask. Definitely put me at ease making such a large purchase, and she caught some things along the way that saved me time, money, and potential headaches. Every step of the way, she kept me informed with what needed to be done. She’s always quick to respond, and she doesn’t settle for less than best for her clients. Rachel is best in class!
