•I usually do not write reviews or work with social media, but in this case I must fully recommend Marci Braddock if your wanting to sell your home or are looking to purchase a new one in the Las Cruces market. We had listed our home with 4 different companies and agents since 2017 but I decided to give it one more try which I thought was a waste of time and effort during this Covid-19 pandemic in March of 2020. After interviewing several agents we choose Marci who represents Berkshire Hathaway. Best choice I have ever made. Upon listing with Marci and going to MLS we had a serious offer in 13 days and closed the sale 6 weeks later. If you want the best company and agent look no further!
