This was my first time purchasing a home and I chose to go the new build route, which was a little overwhelming. My realtor helped me find the best builder and neighborhood to fit my needs. Overall she was responsive when I needed questions answered or follow up from the builder's sales rep. I look forward to closing soon and would use Pink again in the future.
