•Kelly was recommended to me originally many years ago from three separate sources, so she was my first call. I have worked with Kelly previously on the purchase (and now sale) of my previous house, as well as purchase of my current home. I would recommend her to anyone and as long as she's comfortable with the location of wherever I am purchasing, I will always look her up first. Kelly always has time for what I can only assume are stupid questions - but she never makes me feel stupid for asking them. In addition, we had our first handful of offers (7, I think) within 4 days of it being listed and ended up selling at roughly $15k over my asking price. I'm quite satisfied with the selling results. The purchase of my new home was also quick and seamless. She warned me when she felt I should avoid certain houses based on a number of factors (location, condition, price, etc.) And she had great (successful) advice in coming up with the right offers and counter - obviously, since I'm living here now! HIGHLY recommend!
