•I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. I started working with him several months ago when I knew I wanted to sell my house but had flexibility on the schedule. He used his experience as a realtor and his familiarity with the Raleigh market to help me choose the best time to list and to figure out how we can position and prepare the property to get the best return. I ended up moving out of town early and left the keys to Chris, which was hard at first, as I can be somewhat particular. But he came through in every way, meeting and communicating with vendors on my behalf to make sure everything got done correctly. He kept me updated every step of the way and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Based on previous experiences, I was nervous that the house would sit on the market for a while, but we got a great offer right away. Then Christine came through at the end to help with the particulars of the paperwork and the logistics. She made sure I got everything signed correctly to complete closing long distance and provided clutch reminders about when to do what. I am so thankful for Chris and his team. You would absolutely not regret having him as your realtor!
