•I knew from the beginning that Ms. Daoud was the realtor I needed to assist my parents with the sale of their home. As soon as I told Ms. Daoud that my parents wanted to sell their house, she immediately started working on the sale and marketing strategies for the same. The whole process was smooth with her as she made things very simple for me to understand. I had a bunch of questions, and she took the time to explain with kindness all the answers to my questions. The day we put the house on the market, we immediately had multiple showing requests and within 3 days we were under contract. We then were able to close the deal within two weeks of the house being on the market. I couldn't ask for any better. My Daoud offer the best, courteous and most professional service I have ever had. I would definitely use her again!! I recommend her for anyone out there looking for a realtor or property manager!
