Paul was fantastic every step of the way! He helped us understand different areas of Arlington, and

Paul was fantastic every step of the way! He helped us understand different areas of Arlington, and provided a lot of valuable feedback which I would have never thought about on my own. We purchased the house remotely since we were not in the area, so he went out of his way to take videos of houses we were interested in and look at them in person for us. He was also very knowledgeable about every question we had, whether it was related to real estate, the different neighborhoods, good restaurants to go to. We eventually found our ideal house, and put an offer in. It was the first one we put an offer in for, so we were trying to not get our hopes up. Paul had a strategy, though, which succeeded in getting us the house before any other offers were even looked at! He went above and beyond, and we really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us purchase our new home. We wouldn't have gotten it without his expertise.
