•When it comes to all the challenges of buying a home, she is someone you can lean on. De'Erika has been vital a part of our process in buying homes and really goes to bat for you. Through her actions, serving the better interest of our family has clearly been her priority. She is a great resource, not only with her skill and knowledge in the Florida market, but for Real Estate related services too! She referred us to movers that were so good, we ended up using twice. De'Erika even helped with a property in Ohio that she didn't directly benefit from, but her input added so much value in a sticky situation. Going through the closing process with her three times, I can honestly say has been a relief. Always ready and willing to show up and go above and beyond, with excellent communication. You won't be sitting around saying she never got back to me on that. This is a little long winded, but putting your trust into this person for this big decision, will make your home buying process go so much smoother. Thanks De'Erika!!
