•Tracy Hickok of John L Scott Real Estate is a very professional agent. We met with her to discuss the process of selling our home, how she would do what she does, what we needed to do to assist, etc... From the time our house was placed on the market to closing was in total only a two-month process! Tracy has done her market research! She gave a recommended listing price, we wanted to go a little higher so gave it three weeks, then reduced the price closer to her recommendation and it sold! She goes above and beyond expectations. Tracy facilitated all aspects of our real estate transactions until they were resolved!! She is communicative, timely, and very personable. We highly recommend Tracy...5 out of 5. Thank you!!
