Above and beyond

Garrett was amazing. We listed our house with him in September and closed early January then the house hunt began. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted with the added complexity of finding a house with very low mold. Garrett was very patient as house after house failed until 12 months into the search we found our home. But Garrett didn't stop there - he continued to help us find contractors for the improvements we wanted to make, scheduled appointments and even met with some when we were unable to meet. We recommend him without reservation.

He's the best!

Garrett went above and beyond finding us a house. We were a bit picky and it took 15 months, but he remained patient and positive the whole time. When we did find our house, after closing he continued helping us by lining up vendors to do work and even meeting with them with us. I can't say enough about Garrett. He was a pleasure to spend time with all along the process and we highly recommend him!
