•Derek is the very definition of what a true professional is in the world of real estate. From the beginning of picking the location to the actual choosing of the colors and upgrades he was there with advice and the right answers. Derek was always early to meetings and answered his phone well into the night to answer questions or respond to an email. Derek visited my new home during the entire construction phase to ensure build quality was met and went so far as to advise me and my family on what steps the builder should take in order to avoid problems. Derek also sold my other home that was being rented. He closed on this deal in under a month with his vast level of knowledge and went so far to as ensure the closing was near my new home. I am highly recommending Derek to anyone looking for any assistance in buying or renting. We can’t thank him enough!
