•Roxanne contacted me because I lived next to a property her buyer was interested in. She was investigating the listing info. Who does that? Told her the listing info was incorrect. She advised her buyer who declined to purchase based on that info. She told me and then I bought the property since the incorrect listing info didn't matter to me. Because she went out of her way to research the property for her buyer, had to work really hard to find my contact info, and then contacted me. After talking with her, she didn't stop investigating. She contacted the County to verify zoning etc and confirmed the info I gave her. Now that is someone who really goes out of her way for her buyer. I already have an agent I trust and have had years of experience with. But, as I told Roxanne, I was so impressed by her effort for her buyer that I she would be my first choice should I need another agent.
