•Ms. Teresa Burt is by far one of the very best real estate agents we have had the pleasure of working with. Her excellent knowledge is only surpassed by her patience and she needed both working with us. We found Ms. Burt when we inquired about a property she was the listing agent for. We were immediately impressed by her knowledge of the areas we were interested in relocating to. Our preferred home had very specific parameters unlike our desired location which ranged from Mount Pleasant, Texas to Nocona, Texas and all points in between. She very quickly learned exactly what we wanted and didn’t want and only recommended homes that met our requirements and that she thought we would like. She was always upfront about what properties she didn’t think we would like so as to not waste our time. She even went so far as visiting some properties we found first to ensure she thought we would like them. She was also very upfront about photos taken of properties and reminded us that photos you see online do not tell the whole story. They are often taken with a mobile phone and do not have the detail you need to make a decision or had been taken well before now. Should we ever buy another home, we will absolutely use Teresa Burt. She is a consummate professional with boundless energy, patience and unparalleled knowledge.
Teresa is definitely a patient woman and is very understanding in what it is your looking for. She was very quick to answer any and all questions and even helped me understand the process of buying a home a lot better. If we ever move again or I have friends that plan to sell or move, I’d definitely give them Teresa’s number because she’s amazing. She even offered to help with my daughters.
