•My wife and I, who live in the Pacific Northwest, recently had the pleasure of working with Gil Gildore for the purchase of a property in Henderson, NV. Selecting a property remotely has significant challenges when all you really have to go on are staged photos and embellished descriptions. Gil met with us initially to determine what we were looking for, provided daily listings of only the properties that met are requirements and then made the selection experience almost like being there by performing detailed video walkthroughs of each property. He was quick to respond, candid in his assessment of the properties, and very understanding of our wants and needs. Without these virtual tours and his extensive market expertise we may have made a choice that we would have regretted. We highly recommend Gil to anyone interested in purchasing Las Vegas area properties, even us out-of-towners.
