We purchased a home from Derek from out of state. It's hard when you don't know anyone in an area. Derek went over and beyond for us. He helped us after the sale whith checking on our home, or bringing something in for us. I consider Derek a friend in this community. He ia always there to ask about things, places to go Etc.. Derek is amazing, one of the most charismatic/Personable people I have come to know. The amount of knowledge he has shared with me throughout this process is unreal! It is one thing to overload people with information but to break it down for the folks you are selling to is a gift in its own right. He truly helped make our buying process a breeze and as stress free as possible. You can tell he has passion for what he does for a living. He was available every step up of the way and gave a true rundown for what was next throughout the process. As a first time homebuyer I cannot thank him enough for making this process a true joy. Teri is a phenomenal person. As an agent she is very flexible and willing to do anything to help. She stood by us for nearly two years waiting for our home to be built. She went to the model when we still lived up north and helped us choose our upgrades via phone.
