A friend of my wife suggested that we contact Dione Larkin of Adair as my daughter was trying to buy a house from her grandparents. They only wanted 75K and the house was worth much more. We were told we couldn’t get a loan below 100K.We agreed to finance that much, but it seemed they didn’t even try to help us.
