Excellent home buying experience with Walid

I met Walid at an open house he was hosting. Up until then I had searched for a home for months without success. Walid took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home. He gave great advice and steered me towards the right properties. He was very responsive to my requests and accommodated my hectic schedule. I was in escrow within the month. He negotiated a great deal and I was able to purchase the property below asking price which is quite unheard of these days. He also helped negotiate for seller’s credit towards my closing cost which really helped with the repairs that needed to be done in the house. Along with being a real estate agent, Walid is also a lender. I already had a lender I was working with so I did not use Walid as my lender but he was always available to answer all my loan related questions which was a big plus. He made the process really easy and painless for me. Walid is also a contractor and can take care of all home repair needs quickly and efficiently. I needed to change the floors in my home. Walid brought over the samples and gave me an estimate. I took forever to pick out my floors. Looked at dozens of samples. Once I made a decision though, Walid moved fast and I had my new floors installed within the week. My floors look beautiful and I’m very happy with the whole process. Walid continues to keep in touch and gives me advice and recommendations. I continue to pick his brain as I work on different projects around the house. He truly works hard for his clients and builds a lasting relationship. I happily recommend him to all my family and friends.
