I am writing to highly recommend Real Estate Agent Maurina Billere. She assisted my husband and me with the sale of my first home in Woodbridge, New Jersey in 2023. Comparing her with every other real estate broker or realtor I have ever worked with, I can say that Maurina was like family to us and the best I have ever worked with. Ms. Billere has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was complicated in that we had little time to sell and relocate out of state. We moved right after we accepted a contract and Maurina went way above and beyond. She worked with the city of Woodbridge to help us finalize our basement permit. This included managing inspection appointments and giving up her time to wait and act on our behalf on numerous locations. My husband and I had just started new jobs and did not have time off yet and I truly do not know what I would have done without her. Another one of the qualities I respected was her no- nonsense style. We had over 20 offers on our house and she helped us organize all the offers and maintained on-going communication with multiple realtors to get us the best offer on our house. She also explained the pros and cons of each offer and this allowed us to choose the best offer and get over $50,000 above asking. She showed great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Finally, she also was so patient and explained every step of the process to us. This was the first time we sold a house and we had so many questions and Maurina took her time to make sure we felt 100% comfortable and understood the process. I recommend Maurina for her work ethic, honesty, and professionalism.
