•Jake was with us every step of the way. He explained everything completely and was a no-pressure agent, patiently accepting all changes we made in our dream home search. He responded to all calls and texts quickly. Towards the end of the process, when things got sticky and a clock ticked away on our ability to close on time (our seller went into hospice!), Jake made sure all paperwork was flowing on BOTH sides. His sense of humor made a stressful process far less painful. I just can’t say enough good things about him and would choose him again should the need arise.
