Christina was a wonderful agent to work with. I tend to be a bit anxious and needed a lot of handholding and she never once made me feel like I was asking too much or like she was annoyed with having to go out of her way for me. Christina was extremely professional, a tough negotiator, and make sure I understood everything before I signed anything. I was referred to her through another agent who promised she was amazing with residential real estate, and I could not have been happier with the outcome. She netted me almost 15% over asking because she was strategic with her listing and we had so many showings. I would (and probably will) recommend Christina to anyone I know is buying g or selling a house.
