About Jon

Originally from Brazil, Jon moved to Orlando to earn his commercial pilot license and undergraduate degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle. After finishing his degree, Jon worked in aviation for about 3 years when he decided to return to Embry-Riddle to obtain his graduate degree in business administration while volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity's cause to create affordable housing inspired jon to pursue a career in real estate, which he's chosen over aviation. He is currently working with commercial and residential Real Estate with Acquired Dream Real Estate Services. The knowledge gained through business school provided him with valuable skills that he uses in the daily real estate activities, such as purchase negotiations, reaserching marketing trends to keep clients up to date, and effectively marketing client listings to maximize profitability.

I told Jon what I wanted and he did not disappoint

When I acquired his firm I let him know I had to sell to a certain kind of buyer, he knew exactly what that was, listed my home and within hours had an offer for $ 20,000 over listed price and exactly the buyer I had in mind. I’d say he was very in tuned to my needs. I was treated with respect, honesty, & kindness, Closing went smoothly and everyone got what they wanted and all was happy. I would recommend Aquired Dreams Realty to everyone and Jon a super nice guy.
