From haggling with lenders to rearranging his schedule to satisfy my last minute requests, Martin Jr. was ever present in my home buying process. He provided informative advice and healthy encouragement and never felt pressured to purchase. He willingly moved at my fluxing pace throughout this process. He was professional, yet personable.
