Don and I first met Scott about 10 years ago when we were renting a condo for vacation at Sanibel Tower. The condo we were renting was for sale, and Scott contacted us to see if there was a good time he could show it to a potential buyer. We were both impressed with Scott's professionalism and communication. Scott left his business card with us, and we discovered that in addition to his real estate business he and his wife Mary Anne also managed rental properties in both towers. Since that time we have used their business for reserving all of our vacation rental needs and have been extremely pleased with their personable and attentive service. When we started seriously considering the purchase of a condo for seasonal use, the relationship and trust that was built over the years made it easy to decide who we would use in that search. Scott worked with us for over a year as we explored different types of housing and different areas within Fort Myers. He kept us abreast of new listings within our identified areas, and set up showings on short notice when we were able to fly down at the last minute. Buying a condo in Florida while living in Michigan could have been a stressful endeavor, but Scott made it anything but. When we found what we thought was "the one," we flew back home to think about it. Prior to making an offer, Scott was so helpful in recommending a lender, getting us information on the condo's HOA, and he and his wife Mary Anne even did another thorough walk through for us to give us further feedback. In addition to Scott's professionalism, he is very thorough in his scheduling and follow-up of everything that was needed from the offer stage through the day of closing. Last but not least, Scott never got impatient with us throughout the search nor did we ever feel pressured to make a quick decision. His ultimate goal was to assist us in finding the right condo regardless of how long it took, and he definitely succeeded in doing that. We're so grateful!
