I worked remotely with Tomi over the period of a few months. When I did visit FL, I felt he wasn't just my Realtor, but almost a partner in the purchasing process. He walked through each listing with a scrutinous eye and we created checklists to quickly determine if a condo fit my criteria and my tastes... he often knew before I did. As I was back in NJ for the closing period, he worked closely with my inspector and my title company to iron out a few wrinkles that came up.
