We were coming from out of state and were introduced to Tomi through a mutual friend. Tomi reached out right away and jumped in with both feet. We had a very short time to work with and had no idea what we were looking for; we bombarded the poor man with possibilities. He looked through all of them for pluses and minuses on location, neighborhood, traffic patterns, permitted work and helped us weed through the pile.
