•Zaina did a wonderful job working with our buyers. This was a lengthy process especially with COVID in the mix to help our buyers make a countrywide move. She was patient, diligent and resourceful partner to work with during the process!
First time I met with Zaina was on January 2020 the starting point of my house search unfortunately the beginning of the Corona Virus pandemic. I visited several properties with Zaina and then I went back to Oregon but we kept in contact. I started receiving weekly update about listing. Zaina proved to be very professional, energetic, efficient and always ready to help when needed. After a very long and tiring search with her great help on 20 April 2021 we purchased our new home. Thanks Zaina.
When I began my home selling journey I interviewed 3 realtors to determine the best option. I have sold 3 homes within the last 5 years so I felt I had learned some good lessons on what I liked and didn't like about the home selling experience as it relates to working with a realtor. Professionalism, knowledge, and past success rates are all important factors to consider but essentially working with a realtor is a 'relationship'. For this reason, it was critical to me to be able to connect with a like-minded person throughout the home selling process. Living in 'The Springs' community added another layer of complexity to the home selling experience that I felt would benefit from expertise within the community, but it wasn't a deal breaker if a realtor agent was not intimately familiar with The Springs. I felt a very experienced realtor would be able to cover The Springs even if they hadn't sold homes in the Springs in the past. During my interviews it was apparent that all 3 agents were highly qualified and I felt I would have success with any one of them. However, Iris stood out from the other 2 in that she came prepared with comps and was ready day 1 to suggest a listing price. Her knowledge of the market was incredible. She was also a resident in The Springs which did give her the edge from an understanding of this special community, the governing HOA rules, and the special fees required for a home seller. She was very attentive to my needs as a seller and closely worked with me to successfully market the home to other realtors. She was very deliberate in coordinating home showings which essentially eliminated no-notice surprise showing requests making my life more manageable through the process which made me very happy. I had an offer and the home was under contract within 3 weeks which was outstanding given the asking price. I would most definitely work with Iris again and I strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a house anywhere in the Orlando FL.
